Trip Itineries


  • Day 1

    Arrival Kathmandu and Transfer to the Hotel.Our representative will be there to welcome you at Arrivals. After that, you'll be taken to your hotel for some rest and relaxation.

  • Day 2

    Preparation and Rest Day at Kathmandu.On this day we'll begin preparing for the expedition. We will conduct briefing of the trekking and peak routes and our guide will meet you during the brief time. We will complete all our permit douments formalities.

  • Day 3

    Drive from Kathmandu to Jagat. This day we will take private jeep from Kathmandu and drive to Jagat where you will get to see rocky hills and localvillages which take around 7 to 8 hrs to reach Jagat. Overnight at Jagat.

  • Day 4

    Trek to Koto. After breakfast we will start our trek to Koto passing through the hills and villages you reach at Koto after 6 hours of gentle walk.

    Trek to Meta.We begin by crossing the river that guides us to the Nar-Phu valley, trekking through dense forests, small settlements, and a pilgrims' resting place called 'Dharamshala. After a challenging climb, we reach Meta, a winter retreat for people from Nar. It takes 6 to 7 hours to reach Meta.

    Trek to Kyang. This day we will start our gentle walk to Kyang Village passing through the tibetean like villages, rivers and bridge with prayer flags which take 6 to 7 hours of walk. Overnight and rest at Kyang.

  • Day 7

    Trek to Phu.Today's trek will be tough as we'll be climbing quite high. We'll walk on rough ground through little villages that look like Tibetan ones. There will be some special and colorful structures called Chhortens, which are important in Nar and Phu villages.

  • Day 8

    Acclimatization day at Phu.We're going to spend the next day in Phu Gaun to check out the nearby places and get used to the lower air pressure and oxygen levels.

    Trek to Himlung Base Camp.We're gradually going up to the Himlung Himal Base Camp. We'll go over the Pangri Glacier, navigating large rocks and walking on the moraine until we reach the base camp at 4900meters.We take it easy at the Base Camp and spend the night resting.

    Base Camp to Camp 1. On this day we will ascend to Camp 1 and Stay at Camp 1.
