They shared their dream with Tashi Sherpa and Ang Tshering Sherpa, urging them to create their own trekking agency. Having spent years as "Sherpas" in a prominent Nepalese trek agency, Tashi and Ang, fluent in French and English, believed they had the expertise to run their own venture.Fueled by the conviction that they could offer a unique experience, the duo, along with their adventurous friend and cousin Pasang, embarked on the journey to establish their agency. As the foundation of Khumbu Shangrila was laid, two other Sherpas, Mig and Emilie, joined the team, bringing their skills to contribute to the shared dream. Thus, Khumbu Shangrila was born, a testament to the passion and determination of a group of friends who believed in creating their own path in the world of trekking and adventure.

Khumbu Shangrila Nepal trek and expedition has led successful summit attempts on some of Nepal's most challenging peaks which are above 6000, 7000, and 8000m, including Manaslu, Baruntse, Himlung, Ama Dablam, Gyazingkang, Tilicho and peaks like Mera, Saribung, Island, Lobuche, Pharchemo, Gaugiri peak and many more. Our company is expertise in this trekking and expedition industry for so long time in guiding climbers and trekkers to high-altitude destinations ensure the best experienced mountain guide and sherpas, porters. We also offer customized expeditions and trekking for private groups, allowing our clients to personalize their adventure according to their preferences.
